These cookies are made with a specially formulated brownie mix and are generously topped with chocolate chips. They have a crispy edge and a soft, chewy center, just like a classic brownie!
Ingredients:
1 box of brownie mix (standard size, about 510-567 grams)
2 large eggs
125 ml vegetable oil (or melted butter for a richer flavor), brownie mix subscription

Optional extras: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or candies.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Chocolate chip variety.
