Preparing the batter:
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a smooth batter forms. The batter should be thicker than a typical brownie batter, similar to cookie dough.
If desired, add chocolate chips, nuts, or candies.
Taking the batter:
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 5 cm (2 inches) between each cookie. Use an ice cream scoop or a regular spoon to ensure the cookies are uniform in size.
Baking:
Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the centers are still slightly soft. (The cookies will harden as they cool.)
Cooling:
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy:
These soft, chewy cookies are a delight! Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Butter substitute suggestions are available.
Tip:
For an extra touch of flavor, sprinkle the crackers with a pinch of sea salt before baking.
